‘08 Merlot
This medium-bodied red has hints of berry, plum, and currant and a finish as smooth as velvet. Pairs nicely with salmon, bacon wrapped scallops, grilled meats, mushroom dishes, and greens such as chard and radicchio. 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet. ‘08 Sangiovese
Fruity notes of blueberry and plum with hints of clove and cinnamon give this classic Old World Italian varietal a uniquely Northwest spin.
