White Wines

‘09 Viognier

Delicate tropical notes of melon and apricot enhance this wine’s crisp finish. Pairs well with spicy foods like Thai curry or with grilled chicken or fish. Grapes come from the Crawford vineyard in the Yakima Valley. Production: 25 cases.  SOLD OUT

'09 Gewurztraminer

Notes of rose petal and peach linger with a touch of spice in this aromatic wine. Chill before serving. Pairs well with fruit and cheese as well as spicy Asian foods, fish, and chicken. Grapes come from the Kiona Vineyard on Red Mountain.   SOLD OUT

 

Red Wines

‘08 Merlot

This medium-bodied red has hints of berry, plum, and currant and a finish as smooth as velvet. Pairs nicely with salmon, bacon wrapped scallops, grilled meats, mushroom dishes, and greens such as chard and radicchio. 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet. Grapes come from Winesap Vineyard in Walla Walla Valley and are certified LIVE, VINEA, IOBC, and Salmon-Safe. Production: 50 cases.

‘08 Sangiovese

Fruity notes of blueberry and plum with hints of clove and cinnamon give this classic Old World Italian varietal a uniquely Northwest spin. Pairs well with hearty tomato based pasta or red meat dishes. Grapes come from the  certified LIVE, VINEA, IOBC, and Salmon-Safe Cockburn Vineyard in Walla Walla Valley. Production: 50 cases.

‘08 Cabernet

Rich, bold flavors of plum, cherry, leather, and spice lend a New World spin to this classic Bordeaux varietal.  95% cabernet and 5% Merlot. Pairs well with red meats and chocolate desserts. Grapes come from Winesap Vineyard in Walla Walla Valley and are certified LIVE, VINEA, IOBC, and Salmon-Safe. Production: 50 cases.

‘08 Tempranillo

This full-bodied red combines nuances of berries, plum, tobacco, vanilla, leather, and herb followed by a peppery finish. Pair it with equally intense foods such as hearty meat dishes, cold cuts, blue cheese, and even BBQ. Grapes come from Winesap Vineyard in Walla Walla Valley and are certified LIVE, VINEA, IOBC, and Salmon-Safe. Production: 50 cases.
